We’ll make every effort to ensure the information contained on this site is accurate. However, there will be the odd occasion when a product might become unavailable prior to the site being updated. If you request an update of new products, we’ll send you an email advising when it appears on the site, allowing you to purchase. Your payment will not be processed until you place a firm order.
Delivery times are estimates, based on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
We will make every effort to ensure delivery times are adhered to but if this is not possible we will contact you and give you an alternative date. If the delay is going to be more than 21 working days, you may choose to cancel the order. If your card has been debited your payment will be refunded.
Occasionally we will be required to make additional security checks on the payment card and this may delay the order.
The goods become your property upon payment and delivery.
We hope never to let any of our customers down. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with our products or services, please contact us either via letter or email and we’ll supply an answer within three working days.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or institution.
We accept payment from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your card company performs the currency conversion.
We will carry out an authorisation procedure on your payment card to check there are sufficient funds to fulfil the order. Your card will be charged when this is complete. Your credit card details will be encrypted and passed for order. They not stored by our own system. It’s safe to shop with us. Our server encrypts your credit card information ensuring your transaction is private and protected, and we do not store that information beyond the ordering process.
Cancellation and Returns Process
You many cancel your order by e-mailing us. You may cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of delivery, and return items within 30 days. Please repack unwanted products and post the products together with the invoice number and the reason for return to the address found on the invoice we’ve supplied. All goods must be in reasonable condition. Returns by post are made at your own risk and at your own expense. Returns will be credited to your payment card within 30 days of the date of cancellation. We will cancel orders if we have been unable to supply products within 60 working days
We comply with the Data Protection Act of 1998. We don’t sell your details to anyone else, From time to time, we’ll include promotional items such as leaflets in parcels.
The terms and conditions outlined here are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Contracts formed between robertburnsgifts.com and users as a result of using this site shall be governed by Scottish law.
